Late check-in after 21:00 costs EUR 20.

Please note the cleaning fee is mandatory.

The total amount of your stay (without the cleaning fee) will be preauthorised on your credit card in order to ensure your booking. It will be totally released the day of your arrival. Please inform Centre ville Saint Thomas 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

亞太經濟合作(APEC)企業諮詢委員會第3次會議(ABAC 3)預定8月1日開始在中國大陸深圳市舉行，總統府今天(30日)上午宣布，蔡英文總統決定任命義美食品股份有限公司董事長高志尚、網路家庭國際資訊股份有限公司董事長詹宏志、台灣工業銀行副董事長駱怡君，成為台灣的新任ABAC代表。

總統府指出，這3位ABAC新任代表是台灣傑出企業家，分別在食品產業、電子商務及金融新創具備專業，也代表台灣不同世代的企業經營者；未來可透過參與ABAC的平台，幫助更多台灣企業踏上國際舞台，協助台灣新創產業與國際接軌，並讓國際社會對台灣的產業有更多認識。

今年ABAC主題是「優質成長與人力發展」，其中包含「鞏固亞太自由貿易區發展進程」、「透過進入全球市場及開發新技術，促進微中小型企業發展」、「促進經濟成長、多元性及永續性」及「強化法治、經濟及社會永續發展」等4項優先議題領域。

卸任的ABAC企業代表，分別是國泰金控董事長蔡宏圖、聯華神通集團董事長苗豐強、宏達國際董事長王雪紅，蔡總統對他們也表達肯定與感謝之意。
